Privacy policy

Data collected

Unity may collect information voluntarily submitted through forms: name, email, phone number, request type and message.

Purpose

This data is used only to respond to requests, prepare quotes, provide launch updates or exchange about Unity activities.

Retention

Data is kept for the time needed to process the request, then deleted or archived if a legal obligation requires it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@unity-france.org.

Sharing

Unity does not sell personal data. It is shared only with people strictly necessary to process your request.

Audience measurement

The UNITY Now app presentation pages use Umami, a cookieless audience measurement tool. It counts, in aggregate, visits, where they come from (for example a link shared on social media) and clicks to the App Store, Google Play or the web version. It sets no cookies, does not identify you personally and is not used for advertising. Your browser’s “Do Not Track” signal is respected.

Anti-spam protection

The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. For this purpose, Cloudflare may process technical data, including the IP address and browser information, solely to secure the form.
